Working of rice rubber rolls
The machine contains two rubber rolls whereby one roller positioned in the fixed layout and the one is located in an adjustable manner in order to perform the operation. There are two rolls with a diameter of same operating in varying speeds to eliminate the paddy husk.

Determine the best performance of rice rubber rolls
In order to determine the best performance, the paddy selected must contain 14% moisture. Prior to operating husker, the alignment of the rubber rolls should be checked. Suppose any grain is present between the gaps of roll that should be removed. The clearance level of rice rubber rolls should be adjusted to 0.5mm such that the rolls are touched together.
