The Rice Rubber Roll are very important
in the task of removing the husk from paddy.
They should be positioned firmly and at the fixed location and try to
make some adjustments with another. It is a very
important part of the hulling machine.
It plays a significant role while hulling of
the brown rice. The fixed Rice Rubber Roll are faster than another
roller. It is very important to keep in mind some of the guidelines in order to
get an optimum result and better
performance on using the rolls.

It is very important to check the moisture
percentage in the paddy. It should not be more than 14 %.

It is very important to check the Rice Rubber Roll in the husker machine. If there is any grain present in between the rolls then
remove it immediately.

Try keeping the distance of 0.5mm
between the rolls and avoid letting them touch each other.
·
If you find that after starting the
husker, the rate of machine efficiency is not reaching about 90 to 95 % then
try unlocking the Rice Rubber Roll positions.

In order to let the rollers, work
out in a uniform manner try keeping the feeding gate opened.
·
As the rollers start wearing out,
keep a track of checking the efficiency rate of the hulling machine at regular intervals of time.

Once you have stopped the hulling
machine, keep the feed gates closed and try clearing the paddy worn out rolls.

Try to check whether the axis of
the roller is in line with the shaft and the hub.
