As the name says it all, this machine makes use of two Rice Rubber Rolls, both of which are of
the same diameter. These rollers are operated at various speeds so that the
husk gets removed from paddy. One of these rollers is fixed and the other can
be adjusted.

need to follow while using these.
The paddy used in these machines needs to have at least
14% of moisture. It is also important to check the alignment of the rolls
before you start the machine. The clearance of the Rice Rubber Rolls should be about 0.5 mm or they should be placed
in a way that they don’t touch each other.
When the machine is in operation, make sure the gates are
open completely so that the rollers roll uniformly. You also need to check the
rollers at regular intervals as they tend to wear off after prolonged use.
Before you stop the machine, you need to close the feed
gate so that the rolls are completely clear of any paddy. If you have any extra
rolls, make sure you pack them well and place them in a dark room, away from
sunlight and any dust.
The Rice Rubber Rolls that are uneven and worn out should be properly lathed so that the
surface is smooth and very uniform.
