Rice Rubber Polisher is special product used for
polishing rice. This product is a boon to modern rice mill industries. Hence it
is used in large quantities in many rice mills. The softness it gives to the
finishing product of the rice bran is incomparable. Also the percentage of
broken rice is so minimum if rice is polished by this method. Now a days all
the rice mills are installing this new method to increase their yield.
Raw materials used:
The raw
materials used for manufacturing Rice Rubber Polisher are natural rubber, rosin, Peptiser, antioxidant, activator, stearic
acid, titanium dioxide, accelerator, Sulphur, HBS, TMTM, process oil, china
clay and silica powder. These materials can be easily availed from the local
manufacturers.
The process of manufacturing Rice Rubber Polisher:
At first,the
rubber is combined with all the above chemicals and sent to the mixing mill
along with the supporting fillers. The materials take a sheet form as a result
of mixing. It is then sent to the cutting machine to cut into required sizes. This
sheet of different sizes are placed in the mouldto be pressed in the hydraulic
press with steam heat setup. Once the moulding process is done, the materials
are checked for quality and packed. This process of manufacturing is an
existing technology designed by the polymer technologist andused in the production
of different moulded products made up of rubber.
Normally, a
rice mill requires 4 Rice Rubber Polisher of size 24 inch per day to produce 10MT of rice. The total
requirement of Rice Rubber Polisher per day is 86,400 inches. This method literally increases
the yield of rice at a rate of 5% every year ensuring more profit.
